Stacey focuses on litigation and strategic counseling regarding complex environmental, land use, and natural resource issues, including matters arising under federal and state cleanup laws (e.g., CERCLA, MTCA), the Clean Water Act, the Clean Air Act, and the National and State Environmental Policy Acts (NEPA/SEPA). In her litigation practice, Stacey represents clients before federal and state trial and appellate courts and before administrative bodies such as state environmental hearings boards. Stacey has particular experience with contaminated site cleanups, land use disputes, regulatory compliance counseling, water quality, and water rights.

Away from work, Stacey enjoys gardening, exploring local hiking trails, and trying to keep up with her two active teenagers.
